Returns and Shipping
At Unique Retail we do our upmost to ensure that all our products are a true representation and are as accurate as possible.
If for any reason there are any problems with your order, we ask you get in touch with us within 7 days of your delivery.
We aim to reply to enquiries within 48 hours.
All shipped products are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. We aim to send orders out within 3-5 working days, please allow longer when ordering over a bank holiday.
For local deliveries and collections, we aim to deliver within 48hrs and will be in touch by email to confirm delivery/collection date & time.
Our Returns Policy
Once fabric has been cut it is non-refundable. If you would like to order a sample to ensure it is the correct colour, please select sample from product size.
If your order is delivered and damaged, please accept our apologises and contact us as soon as possible for us to sort.
Cancelling or Amending an Order
If you change your mind or would like to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once fabric has been cut we cannot amend or cancel your order.
